The workspace header for the application displays the basic application information. Applicants cannot change the data, but they can manage it by choosing whether or not to display it in the workspace header. Even if applicants have hidden a portion of their workspace header, authority users can see all data.
The workspace header in the application is straightforward. While working on an application, the navigation bar is always in the top bar and shows the necessary property and application details. For all Cloudpermit products, the workspace header structure is the same.
The workspace header includes the Cloudpermit product name (Building, Planning, or Code Enforcement), the property address, and the province or state for which the application is being created.
By clicking the "Show Map" button, you can view the property on an interactive map.
You can zoom in and out of the map and view the property in different layers. The toolbars appear on the map's left and right sides.
Click "Hide Map" to return to the workspace header.
By default, the primary property details are displayed. Hide a subset of them by selecting "Hide Full Data."
Click "Show Full Data" to show the hidden data.
If the city's Geographic Information System (GIS) for property information is down when the application is created, users may have to manually enter property information. In that case, the property address is labeled "User Input" and "Primary property details have been manually filled in" in the workspace header. The municipal building or planning department will change the property address in the application after it is submitted.
