Cloudpermit allows users to invite others to work on the application with them. The "Parties to the Application" section is available to all application stakeholders.
Users can also invite such parties, who do not have a Cloudpermit account, to Cloudpermit. In this case, the invitee will receive an email with a link to register for a Cloudpermit account. After signing up, the person to whom the Cloudpermit user sent the invitation will be taken to the application.
- The invitee will receive an email invitation from the Cloudpermit user. Click the "Complete registration" link in the email.
- Fill out the registration form for Cloudpermit. Asterisks (*) indicate required fields. The email address is the one that the invitee used to send you the invitation. It also serves as your username when logging into Cloudpermit. You cannot change it here. Make a secure password. Click "Complete Registration."
- You will be redirected to the Cloudpermit welcome page where you can accept or decline the invitation on the Cloudpermit welcome page. By accepting the invitation, you will enter the application to which the Cloudpermit user has sent the invitation. By declining the invitation, you are not able to enter the application.
- You will be taken to the application workspace after accepting the invitation. Scroll to "Parties to the Application" to see your party card.
