How to assign roles and permissions to a party

The "Parties to the Application" section is accessible to all stakeholders in the application workspace. Parties can send invitations to the chosen parties and choose their role in the application. Only applicants and parties to whom the applicants have granted modification permission can change the party card data. This article explains how to assign party roles and additional permissions.

1. Scroll to "Parties to the Application" and click the blue pencil symbol on the party card which information you wish to edit.
2. Expand the "Select role(s)*" drop-down menu on the party card.
3. Select a role from the drop-down menu. The number of roles available is not limited. Give the party additional permission. Click "Close." 
4. Cloudpermit automatically saves your changes on the party card.
