How to search for applications

This tutorial shows how to search for applications.

The "Search" is included in the "Workspaces" section in My dashboard. 


The user can input one of the following information into the search text field to help find a specific application:

  1. Municipal address of an application
  2. Permit number of an application
  3. Name of an applicant
  4. Name of a project
  5. Name of a street
  6. Name of an applicant or property owner


Cloudpermit populates the most accurate search results to the "Results" section.


You can also select various search criteria from the drop-down menus.
Each drop-down menu may contain many options. You can select as many as needed.

The "Status" drop-down menu includes various application process statuses that Cloudpermit automatically saves during the application created in the database.


 

The "Category" contains application work types, like Residential, Agricultural, Commercial, Condominium Approval, etc. that are used in the building and planning processes.

 


The Permit Expiry includes the expired applications, and those expiring within one month.
The "Department" includes municipality departments.
The local government authorities have two additional search options:
  • "Assignee" 
  • "Reviewer".
The "Assignee" search.


 
The "Reviewer" search.
