How to sign off your permit

Cloudpermit saves all issued permits in the application. Some applications may require an Applicant to sign off on a permit before issuance.

The Authority prepares a draft permit (Step: Ready to Issue) and assigns it to the Applicant for sign-off (Step: Waiting for Sign-Off). After the Applicant has signed off on the permit, Cloudpermit automatically issues it. The permit is downloadable in the application's Permits section.

  1. Go to your mailbox and find the email regarding the status change of your application sent by Cloudpermit.
  2. Click Open permit to enter the permit sign-off view.  
  3. Click Sign Off. 
  4. The permit is now signed off, and it appears in the Permits section.
  5. The issued permit should look similar to the image below. The document may contain several pages.
  6. The status of the application is now Permit Issued.
