- Accessing Application Creation:
- Begin by navigating to your Dashboard within Cloudpermit.
- Click on the "Create a New Application" button.
- Select Existing Project:
- In the application creation interface, navigate to the "Select Existing Project" tab.
- Choose the existing project to which you want to add the application and click "Next."
- Provide Property Information:
- The province/state and municipality details will be automatically copied from the existing project and cannot be changed.
- Enter the property address or roll number in the search text field. Alternatively, you can locate properties by clicking and dragging them on the map.
- Click "Next" to proceed.
- Select Application Details:
- The application type will be the same as the existing application and cannot be changed.
- Choose the project type, category, work type, and target for the supplemental application.
- Click "Next" to continue.
- Review and Finalize:
- Review the application data summarized under the "Summary" section.
- Ensure all necessary information is provided.
- Click "Finish & Create" to finalize the creation of the supplemental application.
- Review and Complete Required Tasks:
- The draft application will copy parties from the existing application.
- Check the "Required Tasks" progress bar to identify any pending actions before submitting the application.
- Complete any required tasks as indicated.
