How to acknowledge the issued order

A municipal inspector may issue an order to the application during the Work & Construction phase. Applicants will receive an email notification regarding the given order. The order notification is also posted in the Tasks and requests section. The Applicant must acknowledge the issued order to proceed.

In this section, you will learn how to acknowledge the issued order.

  1. Cloudpermit sends applicants an email notification regarding the received order.
  2. Click  Acknowledge the Order.

3. You will enter the Orders section of the application.

4. Click Download Order Document to download the PDF.

5. Acknowledge the order by clicking Acknowledge the Order.

6. Click Yes.

7. The order is acknowledged.
