How to know if my planning application is approved

The municipal planning authority will approve the application after it has gone through the application review and the draft approval phase. If the application type requires it, public hearings have also been held. 

If the approval application is ready, applicants and all other parties involved in the application workspace will receive an email confirming the approval.

  1. Cloudpermit notifies you via email that your approval application has been approved. The application is accessible via an "Open application" link included in the email.
  2. The approval application status is "Approved."
  3. The prior application status before archival is "Finished" when all conditions are met, and the securities are refunded.
