Project View|Creating a new workspace for the existing project

Users can use Cloudpermit to create workspaces for existing projects. Workspaces can be added in the project view, which is accessible via the application workspace. This feature is essential if users have several construction projects in the same province, state, or municipality.

If you want to create a new workspace for another province, state, or municipality, go to the dashboard and start a new project (Create a New Application).

  1. To access the "project view", click the project hyperlink in the application workspace's header.
  2. Click Create New Workspace in the project view.
  3. Enter the address or roll number of the property in the search field, or locate it on the map by clicking and dragging. The province, state, and municipality will all be the same for the new workspace. Click "Next."
  4. Select the application type.
  5. Select a project type, category, work type, and target.
  6. Click Finish & Create.
  7. You will enter the application workspace to enter project information and submit the application. Click the project hyperlink in the workspace header to switch to the project view.
  8. The new workspace appears under Applications.
