How to complete application data in your draft planning application

This tutorial shows how to complete application data in your draft planning application.

The draft approval application is in your "Application" workspace. 

The "Required tasks" progress bar shows the tasks you must fill out in your application to proceed.Go to the "Parties to the application" to add parties. See instructions for inviting parties to the application. Note that you must add the roles of "Agent" and "Property Owner" to your approval application.

Scroll down to the "Application data" section and expand it. Select "Work type" from the drop-down menu list. Select "Work target" from the drop-down menu list.

The options are:

  • Commercial
  • Industrial
  • Institutional
  • Mixed-use
  • Other
  • Parking area
  • Residential

Cloudpermit provides you with the application your local government authority has pre-configured according to the selected work type and target. Fill out the mandatory data marked with a red asterisk (*) in the application. Cloudpermit automatically saves all data for you. Go to the "Attachments."Add all required attachments. See instructions for adding required attachments. Success - Your draft approval application is now completed and ready for the next step.
