Assigning Roles

The progress bar will indicate the roles that need to be filled. You can assign roles to yourself or invite others, assigning them the necessary roles within the "Parties to the Application" section.

  1. You can assign the missing role to yourself by expanding the "Parties to the Application" section and giving the role to yourself through your party card. Read the steps here.  
  2. You can invite parties and assign them party roles by clicking "Add or Invite Party" and following the steps in the article "How to invite parties to an application.
  3. You can invite a new or existing business saved in the Cloudpermit database to your Cloudpermit account.

    • Read the steps for adding an existing business to your license application here.
  4. After inviting and adding required parties to your application, the color for "Parties" in the "Required Tasks" progress bar has changed to green, indicating that the section's required action has been completed.
