Cloudpermit has an integration with DigEplan, a plans review tool, that can be used for reviewing and marking up the documents. This article describes the workflow when there is a need to review a single document under an Attachments section in a Cloudpermit workspace.
Prerequisites
- The municipality has a subscription with Cloudpermit and DigEplan
- The integration has been enabled by Cloudpermit
- The user has accounts both DigEplan and Cloudpermit
Starting a review in Cloudpermit
- Open the review view
- Select Include items in the review and add the attachments
- Select Begin review
- Select Mark up in DigEplan to lock the documents and to change the status of the review to In mark-up in Cloudpermit
- DigEplan opens in a new browser window. Log in if required.

Reviewing documents in DigEplan
- In the documents list view, review each document/plan independently. Add any mark-up or stamps.
- In the documents list, select approved documents (if any) and select Create Accepted Report in Processes action. Execute the report.
- In the documents list, select documents (if any) and select Create Changes Required Report in Processes action. Execute the report.
- Close DigEplan and move to Cloudpermit browser tab
Managing review results in Cloudpermit
- When all documents are reviewed in DigEplan, select End mark-up in DigEplan to remove locking in Cloudpermit
- See the changes status of the reviewed attachments and their mark-up versions
- Add comments to the applicants and complete the review

Continuing the review
- When the applicant has made the required changes and marked the changes as done, a review task is re-assigned to the reviewer (and email sent if reviewer has selected so in own profile)
- Reviewer can select Mark up in DigEplan, which will send the documents that are not marked up as OK into the DigEplan for reviewing and mark-ups
