Cloudpermit will automatically send you an email if you haven't disabled email notifications in your application's workspace header. Email notifications are enabled by default.
You will receive an email notification if any of the following happens to your application:
- You have deleted your draft application.
- You have submitted your application.
- You have requested a withdrawal to the submitted application.
- Your withdrawal request has been accepted and the application has been withdrawn.
- You have been invited to collaborate in another application workspace.
- Your application has moved to the "In review" step.
- Your application has been moved to the circulation process.
- Your municipal building department requires changes to your application.
- Your municipal building department has included a fee payment to your application.
- Your application is set to the "Ready to issue" step.
- Your permit is waiting for the sign-off.
- Your permit has been issued.
- New inspection has been added or removed from your application.
- Inspection visit has been completed.
- An order has been issued during the inspection on-site.
- You are able to apply for a partial occupancy in your application.
- Your application's status has been chnaged to "Occupied."
- Your application has been set to the "Finished" step.
- Your building permit will expire soon.
Cloudpermit will also send you an email notification if you have messages in your application workspace. These messages are in the "Message" feature, accessed via a link (Show messages) in the application workspace header.
