The Municipal Planning Authority will review the application (Step: In Review). If the application will have change requests, the Authority will set the application to the "Draft Approval" step.
The Applicant will be notified via email about the change requests. After providing the required data, the Applicant will resubmit the application to the municipal planning department in Cloudpermit.
The Municipal Planning Authority will begin a new review of the application by clicking Submit to Review.
After the review, the Municipal Authority will decide if the application is ready for approval. If it is, the Authority clicks Begin Approval. The application has been moved to the "In Approval" step.
Rejection an application
After the application has been moved to the draft approval, the Municipal Planning Authority can reject the application in Cloudpermit, for example, if the Applicant has not provided the change requests or any other requested information on time. The option to reject an application appears in the More Actions drop-down menu in the workspace header. The Applicant will be notified via email.
Navigate to the top of the approval application. Expand the More Actions drop-down menu and select Reject application.
Enter a reason for rejection and click Yes.
You have successfully rejected the application. The Applicant will be notified via email.
The application can be restored to the review after the Applicant has provided the required information by clicking the Restore to Review button on the top right.
