How to edit open complaints

By-law enforcement officers can manage their citizen complaints in the Complaints and new case view in Cloudpermit. 

After entering the Complaints and new cases view, users will have all open complaints displayed on the map and under Results by default. An open complaint means that the complaint has been created but is not in the process yet. 

This article explains editing an open complaint and related property details in the Complaint and new cases view. 

  1. Select the open complaint under Results.
  2. The complaint card opens.
  3. Click Edit.

4. Make your changes. Cloudpermit automatically saves all edits on the complaint. Click Close to enter the previous view.
