By-law enforcement officers can manage all citizen complaints in the Complaints and new case view in Cloudpermit. The view is accessible from the user Dashboard.
The Complaints and new cases view includes the Search functionality to speed up working on complaints. The properties are displayed on an interactive map with the possibility to zoom in/out and use different layers on the map.
You can search for your properties in three ways:
- Using the property address
- Using the property roll number/PID/PIN
- Clicking and dragging on the map.
Using the property address
Using the roll number/PID/PIN
Start typing the number in the text field. Cloudpermit populates you with a list of the best matches. Click on the desired property under Addresses.
Click and drag on the map
Click and drag on the map to find your property.
Zoom in and out on the map using the toolbar icons on the left.
When you find a property, the pin appears on the map. Clicking it opens the complaint card on the right.
