How to enter the Complaints and new cases view from your Dashboard

The Complaints and new case view manage the citizen complaints in Cloudpermit. This tutorial shows how to enter this view from your Dashboard.  

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard, and go to the "Code enforcement" section. Click the link "Open Complaints."
  2. You will enter the "Complaints and new cases" view. This view contains complaints (New, Abandoned, Reviewed) for properties the citizens have made. You can search for respective properties where the violations exist by using a property address, a roll number, or clicking and dragging properties on the map.
  3. After having your search results in the "Results" section, you can sort them using the available sorting criteria:
