How to edit a case description

The Code Enforcement Case workspace contains all the necessary details and functions for a case. It is accessible from the Dashboard after filtering the desired case in the Search section. Each code violation case must have a description of the violation. Usually, it is written while creating a case. The description and its priority can be edited in the Case Description section. 

This tutorial shows how to edit the case description and its priority in the Code Enforcement Case workspace. 

  1. Scroll down to Case Description.
  2. Select priority by clicking the desired priority tab.
  3. Click Edit to enter the description.
  4. Rewrite the description. Use the formatting toolbar to highlight your text. 
  5. Click Save. 
  6. The description is now saved.
  7. The case description appears, for example, in the general information label of the Inspection view. in the
