The Complaints and new case view manage the citizen complaints in Cloudpermit. This tutorial shows how to search for properties in this view.
You can search for your properties in three ways:
- Using the property address
- Using the property roll number/PID/PIN
- Clicking and dragging on the map
Using the property address
Using the roll number/PID/PIN
Start typing the number in the text field. Cloudpermit populates you with a list of the best matches. Click on the desired property under "Addresses."
Click and drag on the map
Click and drag on the map to find your property. Zoom in and out on the map using the toolbar icons on the left. After finding your property, you will automatically receive a new complaint form on the right.
After finding your property, you can start creating a complaint by filling out the complaint form and submitting it.
