How to know and check if the approval application is refused

Cloudpermit allows authorities to set approvals to refuse if needed. After the approval has been submitted and moved to the In Approval step, the planning authority can reject the application, for example, if the Applicant has not provided the change requests or any other requested information on time. Applicants and all involved parties will have an email notification regarding the approval refusal.

  1. Cloudpermit sends applicants and involved parties an email notification regarding the approval refusal.
  2. After logging in to Cloudpermit, navigate to the  Application workspace of the refused approval.
  3. The application status is Refused.
