Reports & Final Reports|How to create a final report for the approval application

After starting the approval process for the application, the draft report will be published. The Applicant will be notified about it after the approval begin. Also, the final report will automatically be downloaded in the Reports section of the application. 

  1. Scroll to Reports in the Application workspace. section and click Create Final Report.
  2. The draft report will copy the information from the application. Click the OPEN link to enter the draft report view.
  3. Fill out the missing fields if needed. Cloudpermit automatically saves changes in the report. Return to the previous view by clicking the Back to Workspace link a the top left.
  4. After starting the approval, the report will be published. The Applicant will receive an email notification about the approval beginning. Also, the final report will now be downloadable in the Reports section.
