The Complaints and new case view manage the citizen complaints in Cloudpermit. This tutorial shows how to view and edit the complaint and related property details in this view.
To edit the complaint, click "Edit."
You can edit the following details on the complaint:
- Method of how the complaint has been received
- Response requested selection.
Cloudpermit automatically saves your changes on the complaint. To return to the previous view, click "Close."
In this view, you can start working on the complaint, like abandoning it, or if the complaint is valid, you can begin creating a case for it.
If you wish to return to the Complaints and new cases view, close the complaint card by clicking "Close."
