Cloudpermit provides the Processing Timeline Management feature for municipal authority users.
The Processing Timeline Management feature allows local governments to set regulatory processing times and deadlines for each application type in adhering to timeline requirements. A processing time calculator shows the due days left for handling the application.
In this section, you will learn how to pause and resume the application processing time calculator.
- In the Application workspace, open the Actions drop-down menu.
- Select Pause.
- The processing time calculator of the selected application is paused.
- To resume the processing timeline calculator, select Resume from the Actions drop-down.
- Click Resume.
- The processing time calculator is resumed.
