How to cancel an unnecessary bill

Cloudpermit provides authorities the ability to manage fees and payments. The Fees & Payments section is visible to applicants and authorities in the application. Authorities can add various bills to applications during the review and permit issuance. If the created bill is unnecessary, it can be canceled from the application. 

In this section, you will learn how to cancel an unnecessary bill.

  1. In the Application workspace, scroll down to Fees & Payments.
  2. Select the bill in the Unpaid section.
  3. Click Cancel Bill.
  4. Type in the reason for cancelation.
  5. Click Yes.
  6. The selected bill is canceled.
