All parties to the application may send public and direct messages in the Messages workspace. Cloudpermit will send an email to applicants regarding the received messages.
- Cloudpermit has sent an email regarding the received message in your application. The message's subject is "You have new message(s)."
- Click Read Message(s) to enter the application. In the workspace header, click Show messages.
- The Workspace messages section opens. It contains the message thread to which you have received a new message.
