How to know if you have an outstanding permit bill in the application

Cloudpermit has automated the notifications. If applicants have outstanding payments in applications, Cloudpermit automatically sends an email notification to applicants and payers in case the municipality administrator has enabled the function in the configuration settings. 

Applicants and payers will receive an email with an invoice PDF regarding the outstanding payment. 

In this section, you will know how to know if your application has any outstanding payments.

  1. Cloudpermit automatically sends an email notification with the attached invoice PDF after the Authority has added the bill to the application.
  2. After entering the application workspace, the due payment notification appears in the Tasks and requests section in your Dashboard.
  3. Navigate to the Application workspace. Scroll down to Fees & Payments.
  4. The due bill is there.
