After the municipal department has acknowledged the received permit fee payment, some application types may require the applicant to sign off on the permit before it is issued digitally. You will be notified by email when the permit is ready to be signed off. The application workspace is currently in the "Waiting for Sign-Off" step.
When you log in to your Cloudpermit account, the same notification will appear in your dashboard's "Tasks and Requests" section.
- Cloudpermit sends you an email notification about the permit that needs your digital sign-off before issuance. Click the "Open application" link to be redirected to the Cloudpermit login.
- Once you have logged in to your account, you will see the "permit sign off" notification in your "Tasks and Requests" section.
- Click the arrow at the end of the row to enter the application workspace. The permit to be signed off appears in the "Permits" section of your application workspace.
