Notification for the application rejection during the review

Cloudpermit sends applicants and other people involved in the application workspace an email when there are important changes or updates to the application. The email contains an access link to the application workspace.

Municipalities may reject applications for many different reasons, like, if the applicant hasn't provided the required changes to the application by the agreed-upon deadline. Typically, it happens in the "In Review" step. The rejection is temporary. The municipal authority can undo the rejection and put the application back where it was.

All parties involved in the application will receive an email informing them that the application has been rejected.

  1. Cloudpermit has sent an email notification about the application rejection. Click the link "Open application".

  2. You will be redirected to the application workspace. The application has the "Rejected" label with the reason for rejection.

Restoring the application to the "In review" step

Once the municipal authority has restored your application to the "In Review" step, you will be notified via email.

Click the "Open application" link to be redirected to the application workspace.
