Notification for application rejection

Cloudpermit notifies applicants and other involved parties of the application about significant changes and updates on the application via automatically generated email. The email contains an access link to the application.

Municipal authorities may reject applications for specific reasons. The Applicant and all involved parties to the application will receive an email notification about the rejection.

  1. Cloudpermit has sent an email notification about the application rejection. Click the link Open application.
  2. You will enter the application workspace to see the Rejected label with the reason for rejection. The Municipal Authority may restore the application to review if needed. The authority may restore the application to review if needed.Restoring the application to the In review step

You will be notified via email if the application status changes from the Rejected to In Review step. Click the Open application link to enter the application.
The application has been returned to the In Review step. The Municipal Authority will continue the application process to the next step.
