How to filter attachments in the application

Cloudpermit provides users with the Attachments feature. It is in all application types. The Attachments allow applicants to upload documents needed for the building and planning projects.

Municipal administrators will configure the required attachments to each application type. In that way, all applications have the correct attachments that speed up the processing time.

Some application types may require many attachments the Applicant uploads to the application.

Cloudpermit provides authorities a search and filtering functionalities in Attachments to ease the search for specific attachments if many attachments are uploaded to the application.

In this section, you will learn how to filter attachments in the application.

  1. In the Application workspace, scroll down to Attachments.
  2. Click any filter type to select it. The number of the selection is not limited.
  3. Cloudpermit returns the attachment types matching the selected filtering criteria.
