How to delete attachments from applications

Cloudpermit provides users with the Attachments feature. It is in all application types. The Attachments allow applicants to upload documents needed for the building and planning projects. Municipal administrators will configure the required attachments to each application type. In that way, all applications have the correct attachments that speed up the processing time.

In this section, you will learn how to delete attachments from applications.

  1. In the Application workspace, scroll to Attachments.
  2. Select the attachment and click the three dots (...) on the right.
  3. Select Delete attachment.
  4. Click Yes.
  5. The selected attachment is deleted.
  6. You can also delete the attachment if you click the downfacing arrow (expand the current row) on the left of the attachment.
  7. Click Delete Attachment.
  8. Click Yes.
  9. The selected attachment is removed from the application.
