How to change the application to "Paid"

This tutorial outlines how to set the Applicant's application to "Paid."

The Applicants can pay the application bills by cash, cheques, credit card, debit, or e-transfer.

The application waiting for payment confirmation is in the "Payment" status.

Go to the application workspace and scroll down to the "Fees & Payments" section.

Expand the section.
Click "Set as paid."
Select the "Payer" from the drop-down menu list.

Select the pay method:
  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Credit card
  • Debit
  • E-transfer
Click "Set as paid."
Success - The Applicant's bill is confirmed as paid.

The Applicant receives a receipt that is downloadable in the section.

The application has been transferred to the "Submitted" status.
