Project View|Using the application's project view

Cloudpermit user interface offers many helpful features for applicants and authorities to work efficiently.

A workspace is always part of a project. The project view is accessible via the workspace link (a project name) from the workspace card.

The project view summarizes the application's important information according to the process step. It includes, for example, property data, tasks and project updates, a list of all related applications, inspections, orders, deficiencies, and outstanding payments. The Planning approvals include a list of conditions made for the approval. Users can also rename the project or start creating a new application in the project view.

  1. Select the workspace by filtering in the Search and choosing it in the Results section.
  2. Click the project name (a blue hyperlink).
  3. You will enter the project view. The project header contains the project name (editable), property address, and roll number. You can create a new workspace (Create New Workspace) starting from the project view.
  4. The project view contains application-related sections. They don't appear by default but according to the application steps.
  5. The example below shows the Tasks and requests section because authorities have added a new form to the application. Cloudpermit creates an automated notification for applicants regarding any requests or notifications.
  6. The Applications section comprises all related workspaces within the selected application. Users can, for example, enable/disable email notifications for the selected workspace or enter the Messaging workspace. The arrow on the right allows users to enter the selected workspace. Users can also sort applications by choosing the sort criteria from the right drop-down (Select) menu.
  7. The sections like Orders and Outstanding Deficiencies and Inspections will appear if the application is in a step where inspections will be required and conducted. The Outstanding Payments section appears in the project view by default.
  8. The Planning application project view includes Conditions if authorities have made any for the approval.
