How to override a GIS translation attribute for a property attribute

This tutorial outlines how to override a GIS translation attribute for a property attribute of the municipality. This instruction applies to SuperAdmin permission. 

Sign in to Cloudpermit as a SuperAdmin.
Go to the "User Menu" and select "GIS configurations" from the "Admin tools."

In the "GIS configurations" view, scroll down to the Property/GIS attribute translation mappings" section.

Select the municipality to which GIS attribute mappings you want to make changes.
Click "Edit" in the selected municipality row.

You can view the translation mappings for the property attributes in this view.

There appears a property attribute with default UI translation:
Example:
"Primary property ID" is displayed as a "Roll number" in the UI.
You can override the current selection by choosing the item from the drop-down menu of each attribute.

The selection in the drop-down menu is similar to each property attribute, including:
  • Roll number
  • PID
  • PIN
  • Municipal ID
Once you have selected the items, click "Save."
Success - The configuration has been successfully made.
