Planning|How to configure processing time calculator

This tutorial outlines how a local government superadmin can configure the processing time calculator on Cloudpermit.

Log in to the Cloudpermit as a superadmin.
Go to the User Menu and open it by clicking the down-facing arrow on the right.

Select the option Municipality Groups from the list.
The Municipality Groups view opens.

Select the municipality to which you want to configure the processing time calculator.

Click the down-facing arrow on the left to expand the selected municipality section.

In the example, Middlesex Center has been selected.
In the municipality view, go to the Target Processing Times section.
Enabled and check the departments you want to configure the functionality.
Close the selected municipality view by clicking on the up-facing arrow on the top left.
Success - You have now enabled the configuration of the processing time calculator for the selected municipality.

The administrator of the municipality will set the target times according to the agreed policies within the municipality.
