How to configure processing time calculator

This tutorial outlines how to configure the processing time calculator in Cloudpermit. You must have SuperAdmin permission. 

Log in to Cloudpermit as a SuperAdmin.
Go to the "User Menu" and select "Municipality groups" from the list.


Select the municipality to which you want to configure the processing time calculator.

Click the "arrow" to expand the selected municipality section.

In the example beside, Middlesex Center has been selected.
Go to the "Target processing times" section.
Enabled and check the departments to which you want to configure the functionality.
Close the selected municipality view by clicking on the "up-facing arrow" top left.
Success - You have now enabled the configuration of the processing time calculator for the selected municipality.

The municipality administrator will set the target times according to the agreed policies within the municipality.
