This tutorial outlines how a local government authority can refuse an approval request. The approval process is in the approval (In Approval) phase.
|Go to the Application workspace.|
Note that the approval request must be in approval status to be refused.
Go to the More Actions drop-down and click on the down-facing arrow to open the drop-down list.
|Select Refuse Application from the list.|
|A confirmation notification pops up.|
Enter the reason for refusal and click then Yes to confirm the refusal.
|Success - The approval request has been refused.|
The applicant with all stakeholders will receive an email notification about the approval request refusal.
