How to remove contacts from Public Notice's contact list

This tutorial outlines how a local government user can remove contacts from the contact list in the Public Notice feature. 

Note that you cannot remove the contacts that have already been informed.

Go to the Application workspace and scroll down to the Public Notice section.
Click on it to expand the section.
The Public Notice view opens.

The contact list appears at the bottom of the view.
You can remove single contacts or select a few to be removed from the list simultaneously.

To remove a contact, check it off and click on Remove Contacts above.
You will get a notification saying the contact has been removed.
To remove a few contacts or all contacts simultaneously, click on Select All.
All the selected contacts will be checked off.
In the example, all contacts have been selected.
Click on Remove Contacts to delete them from the list.
