Public Notice|How to add, edit, or remove contacts for Public Notice

Cloudpermit provides functionality to add contacts on their behalf to a subscription list to be notified when a decision on the application is made. The Public Notice section is accessible from the Application workspace.

  1. Scroll down to the Public Notice section in the Application workspace.
  2. Click Add contacts+ under Contacts.
  3. Enter the contact's email address and press Add contact+.
  4. The email address is successfully added. The new contact has been added to the contact list.

Editing contacts

  1. Select the contact and click Edit.
  2. Make your changes and click Update.

Removing contacts from the contacts list

  1. Select a contact and click Remove.
  2. If you wish to clear the contact list, click Select All.
  3. Click Remove Contacts. All contacts will be removed from the contacts list.
