This tutorial outlines how a reviewer can reassign the review request to another person during the approval request process. The approval request remains In Review status. The local government authority has requested a review for either plans review or comments circulation.
|The review request remains in the Tasks and Requests section in the Dashboard.|
Go to the respective review request and click the arrow on the right to enter the Application workspace.
|Scroll down to the Reviews section.|
There is a list of review requests available.
Select the review to be reassigned and click on Reassign Review.
|Select the reviewer from the drop-down menu.|
After done, the email notification will be sent to the reviewer and the request will also display in the reviewer's dashboard under the Tasks and Requests section.
Note that the municipal administrator has configured reviewers for the municipality.
If you do not find an appropriate reviewer from the drop-down selection, contact your municipal administrator.
