How to add a review comment to the approval request

This tutorial shows how to add a review comment to the approval request.

The local government authority has requested a review for the approval request application in the review phase.

The reviewer receives an email notification about the request. The review request is also in the "Tasks and requests" section in your "My dashboard."

Click the "arrow" in the review request to start the review. 
Scroll down to the "Reviews" section and expand it. 
Click "Begin review." 
Select "Review results" from the drop-down menu:
  • Reviewed
  • Changes requested

Type in time in minutes used for the review in "Time used for reviewing." 

Type a review comment in the "Comments" field.

Click "Save & end."

Click "End review."
Success - You have now completed the required review.

Your comments are visible in the "Reviews" section.
The Applicant and all involved stakeholders will receive an email notification about it.
