How to add a review comment for the approval request

This tutorial outlines how a reviewer adds a comment for the approval request.

The local government authority has requested a review for the approval request application that remains In Review status.

The reviewer receives an email notification about it.
The review request is also visible under the Tasks and Requests section in the Cloudpermit Dashboard.

To start the review, click on the arrow in the respective review request to enter it.
In the workspace, scroll down to the Reviews section and click on it to expand the area.
Go to the requested review and click on Begin Review on the right.
Fill in the following:
  • Select Review Results from the drop-down menu:
    • Reviewed
    • Changes requested
  • Time used for reviewing (in minutes)
  • Add a review comment to the Comments field.

After all has been filled out, click on Save & End.

Note that if you want to reassign the review to another reviewer, click on Reassign Review, which takes you to the reassign request form.

After selecting Save&End, a confirmation notification pops up asking if you will end the review.
Confirm by clicking End Review.
Success - You have now completed the required review.

The comment is visible in the Reviews section.
The applicant and all involved stakeholders will receive an email notification about it.
