How to add a pre-consultation form to planning approval applications

This tutorial shows how to add a pre-consultation form to planning approval applications.

Go to the "User Menu." Select "Configuration" from the list.
Scroll down to the "Required forms, attachments, and review configs" section and click "Planning approval".
Select the application in which you want to include the pre-consultation form.
The application selection is under "Forms."

Go to the "Pre-consultation forms" and check the " Pre-Consultation Form" box.
Success - You have now included the pre-consultation form in the selected approval application form.
