This tutorial shows how to add a pre-consultation form to planning approval applications.
|Go to the "User Menu." Select "Configuration" from the list.|
|Scroll down to the "Required forms, attachments, and review configs" section and click "Planning approval".|
|Select the application in which you want to include the pre-consultation form.|
The application selection is under "Forms."
Go to the "Pre-consultation forms" and check the " Pre-Consultation Form" box.
|Success - You have now included the pre-consultation form in the selected approval application form.|
