Planning|How to set statutory processing time targets on the planning approval application

This tutorial guides you through setting statutory processing time targets for a planning approval application.

The local government administrator can target each application form's processing time for business days or calendar days.

Go to the User Menu and open it.
Select the option Configuration from the list.
You are entering the Application Configuration view.
Scroll down to the Required forms, Attachments, and Review Configs section.
Click on Planning Approval to expand the section.

Go to the Target Times section.

You can select a calculation day for each target time separately on the planning approval application:
  • Deem as complete
  • Decision making
  • Appeal making

Go to the Calculation selection.
There are two options available:
  • Calendar days
    • Calendar days mean the total amount of days in a week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Business days
    • A business day is considered every official workday of the week. Typically, these are between and including Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.

After the selection is made, Cloudpermit automatically saves changes.

Return to the Dashboard by clicking the Dashboard link on the top right of the view.
