Stakeholders can participate in the planning approval request process in many ways. Usually, the Municipal Authority requests a review of the subject property from a subject matter expert (SME) who does the required review for the approval request and its data. After the review is completed, the SME creates a review comment for approval requests.
Scroll to Reviews.
Click Add New Review.
Select the review type and the reviewer from the drop-down menus. You can also select Unassigned from the Select reviewer drop-down list if you don't know who would be the correct reviewer. Click Save Review Request.
The review request is added to the review list. If you select a reviewer for it, the person will be notified about it in the Tasks and requests section.
Change the order of the reviews by dragging the icon and dropping it to the selected place in the view.
Click the downfacing arrow to expand the selected review. In this view, you can change the chosen reviewer or remove the request from the application.
Assigning a review to yourself and completing it
The planning approval has a review request.
Scroll to Reviews and expand the section.
Select a review and click the Select reviewer drop-down menu to choose your name for a reviewer.
Click Begin Review. The Applicant will receive an email notification about the review.
Select review result. Enter the time used for reviewing and add a comment. Click Save & End.
Click End review.
The review is now completed.
Reassigning a review request
The planning approval has a review request. Municipal planning authorities may also reassign reviews to other reviewers.
Scroll to Reviews.
Select a review and expand the Select reviewer drop-down menu.
The Reviewer will have the review request in the Tasks and requests section in the Dashboard.
Requiring changes for plans
The municipal planning authorities can require changes for plans during the review request check.
Select the review from the Task and request list view and click the arrow to enter the request.
Scroll down to Reviews and select the review to begin it.
Select the Changes required option from the Review result drop-down list. Fill out the time used for the review. Add comments and click Save & End.
Click End Review.
The review is now completed. The Applicant has received an email notification about the required changes.
Because the approval application has been sent to the Applicant to provide the required changes for the application, you cannot move forward to the next step. All change requests must be completed before that.
