How to remove a required attachment type from the application

Cloudpermit provides users with the Attachments feature. It is in all application types. The Attachments allow applicants to upload documents that are needed for the building and planning projects. Municipal administrators will configure the required attachments to each application type. In that way, all applications have the correct attachments that speed up the processing time.

In this section, you will learn how to remove a required attachment type from the application. 

  1. In the Application workspace, scroll to Attachments.
  2. Select the attachment type you wish to remove and hover upon the attachment to activate the Remove option.
  3. Click Remove.
  4. The selected attachment type is removed from the application.
