How to issue/fail an occupancy permit

Cloudpermit allows inspectors to approve or fail occupancy requests after conducting the occupancy inspection on-site. The occupancy request is in the Inspections section. After the Inspector has conducted an inspection on-site, and the application does not have any deficiencies, the occupancy request may be approved and the occupancy permit issued. The Applicant will receive an email notification regarding the granted occupancy. The email includes the occupancy permit. It is also downloadable in the Occupancy section of the application. Cloudpermit enables inspectors to grant occupancy with outstanding matters, too.
