How to add a circulation request

This tutorial outlines how to add a circulation request to a pre-consultation request during the review phase.

In the Application Workspace, scroll down to the Circulation block. Click  Open to expand it to the circulation form.
Fill in the following mandatory fields in the circulation form:

  • Select the due date from the calendar.
  • Select the responsible organization from the drop-down menu.
  • Select the person to whom to send the circulation request from the drop-down menu.

Once selected, click the Add New+ button.
The selected organization with the responsible person appears in the form.

Click Send Circulation Request.
Success - The newly created circulation request appears in the Circulation block.
Click the down-facing arrow on the left to expand the created request.
You can still change the due date and add additional visibility if needed.

After making changes, click Save changes.
