Before applying, applicants will sign off on the application. The workspace header provides access to the Sign-Off workspace. Applicants can return to the application sign-off workspace to download the PDF document after submitting their application. The sign-off form is read-only and uneditable.
- Expand the More Actions drop-down in the workspace header. Select Go to sign-off view.
- Click Download Form on the top right of the Sign-Off view.
- Save the file on your computer. The PDF should look similar to the attached example below.
