How to link properties to the application workspace

Cloudpermit allows Applicants to link additional properties to an application workspace. Properties will be added to the application during creation (Step: Draft). After linking a new property to the application, the Additional Properties section will be in the workspace header. All linked properties to the application will show there.

In this section, you will learn how to link properties to the application in the Application workspace.

  1. You are working on the draft application.
  2. Open the More Actions drop-down menu in the Application workspace.
  3. Select Add additional property.
  4. The map shows the current property location.
  5. Type the property address into the search field. Cloudpermit populates a list of matching addresses. If you don't know the property address or roll number, click and drag on the map to find the property. 
  6. Click the Plus (+) or Minus (-) to zoom in or out on the map.
  7. Click the toolbar on the right of the map to select map layers and measure distances.
  8. Once done, click Add Additional Property.
  9. The new property is linked to the application. The property is shown in the Additional Properties section in the workspace header.
  10. If you wish to add more properties to the application, click Add More Property+ in the Additional Properties section and follow steps 4 - 6.
